ISS Transit

Yesterday June 17th we were treated to a rare ISS transit in front of the Sun

As usual I was ready with my William Optics FLT98 with Baader Solar film attached and my Canon 80D DSLR.

The weather was very cloudy with rain in the forecast but fortunately, the skies cleared about a half hour before the pass

This is an animation I created using 14 stills of the video I shot, then using scripts in Photoshop, I created this clip which has greatly slowed down the speed of the pass.
